GAZA RELIEF #127 June 20, 2025
The IDF shooting gallery: If this is not starvation as a weapon of war, then what is?
Thank you to the 35 people who joined us June 18 for nearly two hours of discussion with Oslo architect and five-decade peace activist Boaz Karni of the Economic Cooperation Foundation.
Disturbing images, below:
The Iran war has largely driven the horror of Gaza from the media, but, hard as it is to believe after 21 months of savagery, conditions in Gaza are getting worse day by day.
As you will read, and see, below, the struggle to survive starvation in Gaza is brutally deadly. Attempts to collect the food packages at the so-called aid distribution points are met with small arms and tank fire. It’s like a hunter baiting the trap and then shooting the animals lured into the kill zone. In this case the victims are starving humans trying to get the tiniest of food packets for their children.
Hundreds of thousands of people are risking violent death every day to secure food in circumstances no different from British Boer War concentration camps, German World War WWII concentration camps, or Stalinist starvation programs to eradicate “kulaks” in 1930s Ukraine.
Your contributions are helping our friends avoid these death races by securing at least some food on the market that remains.
AID DISTRIBUTION SITES ARE DEATH TRAPS
The question to ask is: What level of security threat posed by starving people trying to grab food parcels left helter skelter on the ground would necessitate using tank fire to force them back? Each individual day brings death totals that, anywhere else, would be considered war-crime-level massacres.
And the U.S. government is silent.
And, of course, these deaths are in addition to those killed every day by never-ending artillery and air strikes throughout the Gaza Strip.
Please note that each of the following articles refer to different massacres.
Israeli fire kills 140 in Gaza in 24 hours, medics say, as attention shifts to Iran | Reuters
Israeli tanks kill 59 people in Gaza crowd trying to get food aid, medics say | Reuters
One might be forgiven for thinking that starvation, and hundreds murdered while trying access food relief, would prompt a U.S. and Israeli request for the international NGOs to resume provision of food assistance to Gaza — NGOs who have thousands of experienced personnel and thousands of tons of humanitarian aid standing by just outside Gaza.
The absence of such a request affirms that Israel’s intent is NOT efficient provision of humanitarian aid to the starving population.
Here’s the question: If this is not starvation as a weapon of war, then what is?

Over 80 Palestinians Reportedly Killed Thursday by Israeli Fire in Gaza as Global Focus Remains on Iran War
Palestinian officials said among those killed on Thursday were 16 civilians waiting for humanitarian aid in central Gaza and 14 people in a strike on a residential compound in the north

From Haytham:
[6/17/25, 4:02:54 AM] Haitham Hilles: • The "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" is an American cover to protect Israel from international accountability for its crimes.
• The project resembles Biden's floating port...its goal is to polish Israel's image during the genocide investigations at the International Court of Justice.
• The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is an "organized nightmare" aimed at forced displacement as part of an ethnic cleansing plan documented in Netanyahu's statements.
• Aid distribution sites are located in closed military zones that prevent the media and observers from entering.
• American support for the starvation of Gaza threatens Washington's interests, deepens its isolation, and undermines international law.

Washington uses aid in Gaza to cover up Israel's crimes.
Also from Haytham: (June 18) Today in Khan yones. While they are waiting for US food aid. It's a death trap all hungry people have to try and cross it.....
